I think you got the answer from the horse's mouth - NO. They have full exposure and their royalty from Korea just went down with the Won.

It is not the only problem. All the Korean licensees MAY BE able to flood the market with cheaper handsets. This is not only pertinent to QCOM but just about everything else. Now if you can account for all the variables and come up with a meaningful number for QCOM, WDC, IBM... then you just won the Nobel Price.
