I may be the biggest fan of audio books on SI. I have listened to hundreds, maybe more than 1000. If the content of the book contains unnecessary and repetitive descriptions voiced or written then the author has failed or maybe the reader is not the best.

I only reads books to fill in series where I cannot get the audiobook and I like the characters and stories line of the series. I am also totally pro the kindle paper white as the best way to read a book if you have too.

To me the biggest minor frustration is that the books when ripped come in Ok to terrible format size or lengths.
In an hour segment if you accidently skip to the end or go back to the beginning it is frustrating. I like 15 min to 30 min segments.

But back to experiencing the journey of an author's tail. I find a good reader or readers add enormous extra emotional content.

Brad Meltzer has never made it to my get list. It looks like no one posts his audio books. All I found was epubs.
