Now you are saying that is should be discretionary? Well, I agree. It is not a right to be granted. It exists. Only the respect for the right can be honored by others. Otherwise the woman can eat tart berries or squat in the woods with a rusty hangar. That is our choice--our only choice. We can choose how to assist a woman who needs to abort her fertilized egg.
