In the same way economic stimulus can be claimed to yield jobs "created or saved". Either you have to count what might have been or not. You choose; but don't switch back and forth to meet your needs.

If you want to have a contest about who was lying during the election I'm glad to have that discussion. Barack Obama was awarded Liar of the Year by his loving media. Pretty much every instance of "fact checkers" saying Romney lied turned out to be themselves lying. I don't think the man ever lied about anything.

Meanwhile, this nitwit you elected can't open his mouth without lying. So, if you want to have this discussion go for it.
