CXT...appreciate the post. I gave it a recco. Would refer you to page 7 of the presentation regarding the lab comment. 100 tons of ore and concentrates have already been tested successfully. Think we are well past the proof of concept phase here. The recovery rates are very good.

Admittedly I am no mining expert but I have referred this investment to people whom are. Not one of them has advised me to stay away. I have had lengthy phone conversations with Pierre (CXT) and others concerning the technology and the business model. I am satisfied....

From what I gather SNC will be contracted to build these plants (at the miners expense not CXT's) at deposits all over the world. I was told the general business model will be a licensing fee as well as an NSR of 5/10%. The post amalgamation float will be around 220 million but with Ned's equity and other shares they are aware of in long term hands the public float should be around 50 million. That came from them not me.

I give a lot of credibility to Ned as does the rest of the street. Through his company and affiliates Ned must have equity positions in a 1000 different companies....yet his annual letter to shareholders devoted two pages to only a couple ideas. That tells me this is his baby. So I can see how the table is being set and I want a chair.
