I don't like what Putin is doing either. It sure as hell is a Hitler move. It's the most brazen Hitler move I've seen since....the US invasion of Iraq. You see, here's the problem. The US is now as bad as our enemies. We spy on our own citizens and assassinate them based on the authority of the President. We don't believe in the Bill of Rights anymore. We don't prosecute criminals, if they are connected to the administration. We practice crony-capitalism. People know that we are a paper tiger militarily, because the American people are sick to death of war. We're in the shit now.

Should we go to war with Putin? No. It's not our war and we have no stake in that country. This is serious shit. Both sides have nukes and Putin is the real deal. He's no Taliban and he's no Saddam Hussein. He's a former KGB agent in the old style. He's ruthless and in complete control of Russia. He has enormous power at his disposal. We are tapped out. We're broke and getting broker every day. We print money just to make ends meet. Our troops are stretched and tired. Do we have the heart for another major conflict? Make no mistake, a conflict with Putin will be very major. I doubt he backs off from the Crimea. He's made his calculations and he knows he can annex it with no serious consequences. The die is cast.

I know we should stop him, but I don't think Obama or the American people are up for it. I myself am tired of war and the consequences. Mostly, I think we have no stake in that battle. Let a European led NATO tackle it and we'll be the arms dealer and logistics supplier to make sure they are well supplied. It is Europe that has the most to lose from a Russian takeover of the Ukraine, so let them step up and use their own money and their own army to fight for one damn time. Why do we always have to be the world's cop? Everyone needs to start taking care of themselves. We have bigger problems right here at home. How about we focus on reigning our Hitler Stasi Nazi security apparatus in a bit? The NSA, CIA, FBI, Homeland Security, and the rest of the alphabet soup are completely out of control. That should be our focus. That's my verdict.
