Let's not limit ourselves to this country- there are few pockets of sanity anywhere. The ME? Whackjobs everywhere- of varying flavors. Latin America? Not much hope there. Europe? Well yeah- it's a secular paradise, except for the folks they let in from the more actively religious parts of the world- which sets up one hell of a confrontation later on.
