You might be surprised at the strange ties between the USA, Russia, and Ukraine. The first photo below is one I took two weeks ago at the international airport here. It's a Soviet-designed AN-124 strategic airlift cargo jet.

Team USA and NATO hire these beasts to move gigantic military cargo in and out of the countries we invade. The business is coordinated by Ruslan International, which is a joint venture between Antonov Airlines of Ulraine and Volga-Dnepr Airlines of Russia...
