Yes, up to a point, the MC is finished and all policy is aimed to trickle up. I'm not sure when the affordability of housing ever returns for the middle class. Rents here in Northbrook have risen 10% in a year? Shadow inventory, like shadow banking, govt. etc, etc distorts all markits at the very least.
