Max, Could you elaborate ... is Joel Klein with the DOJ and that's his interpretation of the judge's decision or is he with the federal court? To me it makes sense that if you can't tie Win 95 and a browser you can't tie Win 98 either. Jeez they might have to compete against Netscape on a level playing field ... novel experience for the Redmond guys. As you may have picked up, I'm a bear on MSFT ... for a number of reasons, not just Janet Reno ... have a $75 target assuming that this overall bear market grinds on for a while. regards, Mike
