>> She brought up the relevant facts to get the debate back on track.

They were not facts. Her comment was that Obama "did in fact" say that the attack was terrorism. He never said anything remotely like that.

What he said was this:

"Our country is only as strong as the character of our people and the service of those both civilian and military who represent us around the globe," he said. "No acts of terror will ever shake the resolve of this great nation, alter that character, or eclipse the light of the values that we stand for. Today we mourn four more Americans who represent the very best of the United States of America. We will not waver in our commitment to see that justice is done for this terrible act. And make no mistake, justice will be done."

Had he left it at that, he could have credibly made the argument that he referred to it, at least indirectly, as an "act of terror". But he didn't.

He proceeded to send out Susan Rice as his proxy to every Sunday talk show where she claimed it was was not a terrorist act. One can talk about whether her remarks are controlling over his, but the reality is the administration tried to walk back even the weakly stated version Obama gave in the Rose Garden.

So, in the end it was a difference of opinion -- and Crowley had no business AT ALL inserting her own liberally biased opinion into that debate. And I would bet that is the last presidential debate she will be moderating as a result.

Of course it was a biased remark. She certainly believed her view of it; but that's what insidious bias is. That you claim it isn't bias explains just how blind you are to it. I would also point out that on September 25 Obama was asked straight out whether it was terrorism and he flatly refused to call it that, saying, "We're still doing an investigation".
