Hi John,
just read recently that Blackrock housing acquisitions are down 70% from last year's peak. Do you think that spells trouble for housing? At the least, it may signal that Blackrock thinks valuations are higher than what they want to pay to get a decent ROI for the buy and rent business plan they have. I'm not sure housing is cheap, when you take a look at the macro picture, but you are probably right in the micro, in select areas.
