Saying, essentially, you're wrong but i don't have the time or patience to explain it is a bit lazy. Regardless, it's absurd to think of getting management out. If you were long and had a problem with compensation, you should have said something as it was happening, rallied people not to vote for it. It's pretty petty to make it an issue now. Yes, it is the shareholder's company. All 16,000.... It's not your company. And it's their company to run unless shareholders say otherwise. I'm fine with management. Not perfect - but you can't have your cake and eat it too. Can't have a big upside potential and value without some issues or risk.
