Hello All: Phil Curry asked me for this info. on Dr. Stamm which I saved from the late website. Dr. Stamm's bio indicates that he has some impressive international connections that could serve NAE very well in the near future if NAE were to expand globally. GazProm is the largest energy company in Russia. It may also be the largest Russian corporation. Saudi Arabia is reputed to have a wee bit of oil. (Dr. Stamm knows a little about pipelines since his EMSounder was first used to engineer the route of the Alaskan pipeline.) Bio: Michael Stamm, age 50, joined the Board of Managing Directors of Zurich Holding Company in 1983 and became its chairman in 1986. With over twenty-five years experience in the oil and gas industry, he was Vice President of Northwest Energy Company and the subsidiaries , Northwest Pipeline Corporation and Applied Science, Inc. where he managed Research and Development for the company as well as participating in Mergers, Acquisitions and International Business. Dr. Stamm's education is in Physics from the UCLA with Doctorate in Theoretical Physics from the U. Of Munich. Dr. Stamm also advises the Crown of Saudi Arabia, as well as its OPEC staff on matters including pricing and production Quota assignment. He is a member of several Board of Directors and advises the Board of Directors or RAO GazProm. Also on the NAE board is Horst Mannebach who also advises RAO GazProm.
