You would have to have titanium testes to short this stock ! The potential upside after a successful prosecution of copyright infringement and receipt of licencing royalities (and damage awards) is huge in comparison to the small slide into oblivion after a loss in the courts. You might lose several hundred bucks if you had 1000 shares that went down the toilet, but that same 1000 shares might end up being worth 6 figures one day if E-data is successful. It's a gamble in many respects, but one I think is worth taking, given the risk vs reward. Durro
