Thanks for your analysis. I tried to buy this one a couple of times this week at 15 1/2 or below, then gave up. Gas prices are way below where they were last year at this time, so maybe this quarter and next won't be so bad? Anyway, the lunar new year is in January, so I think that means we'll have a short winter.
