Hi Bill; Well it's not so important if they lead or follow,
it's the divergance..we have more of a world market than
ever before..particularly the way money moves around..
THe US maket can't stand just on it's own any more..
it's when other countries with marketsd diverge to far,
it sends a warning..
They been going one way and us another for to long..
they got to come together some..how soon or much I don't know.
But if they keep spreading we are not going to have this sunshine
much longer. If they turn up after we do..and that's been the
case most of the time..well they are not giving a real sign,
I guees it's the rate they move compared to the
rate we move I'm looking at, I don't have it to any exact
formular, it's just the picture.. as I chart them..
and it don't look good right yet. If it don't improve I'll take
any rise as a bubble instead of an up turn. The webs at least need
to slow down their rate of slide or we are going back to the
Oct lows...most of the TECH sector is already back there !
Thats why I want to look at who ain't lost ground yet..
if the WEBS keep sliding most of our other sectors will get
hit, so far this has been contained mostly in the Tech sector,
but it can and will spread, if the webs stay sick.
