No atheist believes that anyone remotely resembling the gospel Jesus existed. Certainly, not a single atheist in the world thinks that a Divine Jesus existed who made a splash in in Judea! After all, nobody living at the time had ever heard of him even though the gospels say that people from all nations were there witnessing extraordinary and impossible events! But nobody seems to have noticed--particularly not the historians such as Philo!
