Fortune magazine seems to have a recent article about semi-equip sector, very favorable on SVGI. Maybe it will get people interested in SVGI. I certainly wouldn't buy anything on its advice though. The last paragraph on SVGI having the only production tool in its class for .25 micron is simply wrong.
