If the special master finds for Mircosoft, they can go back to their old, dastardly ways. Third, I'd have to go back and reread their filings, but I have serious doubts that DOJ disputes the fact that Microsoft can integrate IE with Windows in a single product called "Windows 98." Journalists have been known to be wrong about legal issues. Show me the language in the Decree or in the judge's order that says they can't integrate IE with Windows 98.
