so ruf can't call them all. HRA and a few other brokerage types also looked for bigger prices on a lot of junior stocks this year. Was Was RUFF'S analysis flawed w/ PMD story ? Those $ amounts sound a little on the extreme side. Or was PMD's drop associated with all the positive stories in the paper everyday about commmodities. PMD has a tough story to tell becasue of the locations that they are in. 'Country Risk'scares off a lot of people these days. RUFF may not know all the ins + outs of the stock but the report is an okay one for the retail that doesn't want info. Correct me if I'm wrong - but I don't think that RUFF covers much of the mining sector. So when one of these guys - or a bunch - finally notice that there might be a fire sale over here - it's worth noting.
