It's obvious that the recent actions about reporting has either stopped people from buying or induced them to sell the last few days. It has been happening to a majority of "pennies" across the board. Finally non-reporting companies will either comply or have to sell their stock to only their friends. Many of these same companies have sold stock when they issued a news release;more income to meet operations, etc. And who ultimately pays the price? The individual investor. Now, people will demand to see public financial reporting with facts to support, not just "we're going to file, sometime in 1998". I sold every stock I owned yesterday that WASN'T complying or had issued a release with figures or time definite. Some were good and I may be back, but Only when the these compliances are acheived or time definite is publicall annouced. Might cost some additional money, but the're are a number of reporting companies to pick from. It's just a matter of public sentiment right now. The individual investors have spoken. So you companies not moving to compliance quickly "better get with it". We have better options. The game is up and we want to see the "facts, just the facts". If you don't your game is over.JMOO.
