I think as the situation is now no wonder, BTW similar situations happen also in S. Korea where legislators started a fight.

It is true that it would be a blessing if some of those very vocal and aggressive extremists would not be elected to the Ukrainian parliament, but that goes with the territory. IMHO they are not less extremists or fascists as are many Russian legislators.

True two wrong does not make it right but I think it is a cultural issue. During Yeltsin times the Duma in Moscow was not more peaceful IMHO

I can vouch you that as soon as their life will be in real danger they will run like a hare from hunting dogs. It is very sad that Ukraine is judge by the behavior of several hooligans but Russian deputies are no better either.
