This company has a lot of cash and can now buy back some or all of the 1.6 mil. shares they commited to. They have no inventory at VVUS and ship everything they produce, not enough for the wholesalers. Buyback is only at quarter end and never announced. If what they say is so than the future looks very bright for VVUS. Before production is ramped up and sales are advertised in a large campaign the stock price may go lower, buyback then.
