Short interest in the stock doubled from Feb 1st to Mar 1st. With the financing now in place, will this change going forward?

The key, as far as I can see is: Can they get the Phoenix project completed with the money now in hand or will they have to go to the well one more time?

They state:
Gold production is projected to commence 12-14 months following the completion of the remaining financing. Rubicon's flagship Phoenix Gold Project is fully permitted for initial production at 1,250 tonnes per day.

So, the obvious questions will keep surfacing until they get the project working. Until then, I would assume that the stock will fluctuate substantially with the price of gold, unless the shorts believe the cost will be higher than the $200+Million they have in hand.
