From a total of 44 U.S. Presidents, Obama has been rated as the 5th best, according to a study conducted by Texas A&M University. The Public relations office at Texas A&M released this statement.
    According to a recent Texas A&M study of Living Americans, our current President Obama, after 5 years in office, was ranked 5th among all U.S. Presidents.
    These are the results according to the study:

  1. Lincoln and Reagan were First
  2. Seventeen Presidents tied for Second
  3. Twenty-three other Presidents tied for Third
  4. Jimmy Carter was Fourth
  5. Obama came in Fifth
