Don't mis understand:. I have lots of respect for the sage's skills.

However that doesn't allow me to observe his foolishness re bans as he is not consistent and does so when and where he chooses to whom he chooses re reasons beyond his stated terms. And even then he's not consistent. So if he doesn't have the talent. HIRE SOMEONE or have another do such.

At least he's changed his terms to clearly identify. NO BEARS ALLOWED. Now to see if he holds true to form or if he's SELECTIVE.

Additionally, I'm also quick to identify facts. And the fact is he pumps and pumps drys to the LONG SIDE yet he allows posters to put up BEARISH posts. That is HARDLY consistent with his NO BEARS and his LONG VIEW.

I'm also quick to identify for as much as he wants all to know he caught the bottom of SPX 667 he doesn't identify he missed the TOP in 2007. And that time line down and up was LONG.. So the running to the sky stuff is not accurate for those who do understand % up and down.

Finally the moderators of boards are not dictators. They are MODERATORS.

If they want complete control then set something up that is fee paid and one reserves the right who participates or not.

If one doesn't want open discussion then simply state such.

EX this is my board. it's my way or the high way. Don't suggest there's free discussion and then flip when someone disagrees with you and then the ADIOS.. outta here crap. Once again bans are allowed when applicable. Many of his bans are NOT applicable. The ban of HUMBLE was retalitory and childish. The ban of Kirk which has since been removed was PERSONAL. The ban of Zman recently was due to two with opposing views. He just used ex precht to help implement. The bottom line was Zman did call the turns back last year and recently and grumpy didn't.

I have MANY who disagree with me. I HAVE NO ONE ON IGNORE.

I'm open to debate.

The grumpy guy isn't going to change. It's his nature. He's that scorpion. Wise folks avoid scorpions. That doesn't mean they ignore them or not identify them.

What has to change are those who allow it.. That's called enabling or dysfunction.

There are TOO many boards to have reasonable discussion to consider many choices in both directions.

It doesn't take a brain surgeon to observe the moderator of this board; Toccodoice is very fair and allows a free flow of conversation re MANY subjects as long as no one breaks his terms.
