InterCloud plunges amid paid promotion allegations Mar 21 2014, 11:55 ET The Rosen Law Firm says it's investigating allegations InterCloud ( ICLD -29.4%) "may have paid outsiders to pump its stock using false and misleading articles," and thereby committed securities fraud. ( PR) Rosen notes positive columns about InterCloud began to be published last fall by authors John Mylant and "Kingmaker," and states articles published this month suggest Mylant has acted as a paid promoter for companies.
