The antagonistic idiot who wrote that is hoping for a job with the IMF or the World Bank. Yugoslavia was the only European country to refuse to let the IMF in. To teach them a lesson--and to send a message to anyone else who might have similar ideas--- Soros and company sent their stooges NATO and Bill Clinton to bomb the hell out of Serbia and steal the Trepca mining complex (Serbia/Yugoslavia's biggest asset--located in Kosovo) from Serbia.
