It is a stupid to allow the officers to have sex with prostitutes. That can only lead to abuses. It also might lead to claims that the prostitute was raped. Prostitution isn't a serious crime as most prostitutes are victims of pimps and drug abuse. You can bet they are directing most of their efforts at high priced call girls. No arrests of ugly prostitutes with laws like that. It is a stupid exemption that can only lead to a plethora of problems.
