My source - Vickers or Disclosure, I believe indicated market price for Ray's buys; but you certainly could be right. Seems to me that I have trouble getting a $1.95 deal at Burger King, much less at Forest Lawn or NYSE. Maybe we could get Spree to lay off PJ for a while and go for Ray. Buyout at 27 doesn't make me jump up and down. I was hoping that they were ringing out expense, and building franchise. Brad
