Koan, I'm not ready to defend Rand Paul - I just don't know enough about him. I did like his daddy as you know. What I did say is that I agreed with the author that right now as things stand, Rand is the candidate to beat. AS to his support of the "civil rights act" What act? I know people are going to hate me for saying this, but "civil rights" is not a hot issue for me. I'm agnostic on the issue.
