No need for anyone to be an activist, simply right thinking and able to read the writing on the wall. Any public company exists for its shareholders' benefit alone, in the end. In any event, not a good enough excuse to keep shareholders in the dark. They can provide an update and if need be explain the process and why it may take a bit longer.
