Wow, since the Feds lack general police powers, in order for them to make an arrest off Federal Property they need the State and Local goons to play along. Without that, the Feds would be breaking the law. There is however a slight legal snag created by Justice Roberts whereby he may have handed the Feds general police powers with regards to the ACA, e.g. Obamacare. What he did was allow a tax to be a fine and a fine to be a tax, the same thing. A tax is just that. A fine is a punishment, a general police power that the Feds were previously not allowed to collect from the States, only on Federal property. This is a very slippery slope to go down.
