Allen, you'll be able to test the disk for compatibility only.
Reliability testing - to assure it will last several 100,000
hours - takes special test setups that IMO are practical only
in manufacturing settings. I would expect that Iomega has tested
the disks that way, but it is not something you can duplicate
at home.

Nevertheless, your test will be exciting. If you ruin a ZIP
drive, I will contribute $10.- to reimburse you towards a new one.
