For the record, nobody is saying that insiders sold, will be, or are going to.

When companies go public, insiders are restricted from selling for a certain period of time. If after the restriction period is lifted and insiders dump a substantial amount of their holdings, I would view that as a negative regarding my investment. If they only sell a minor portion, in my opinion, that is nothing unusual. Especially when one considers that some of these guys get paid mostly with stock options and every now and then there's a need to raise cash for personal needs.

The whole point that was raised on this thread is this. I don't think any major selling will take place once the restriction peroid exppires, for the simple reason that ORFR, the stock, has not run up considerably. At present, the stock is undervalued when companred to the birght future that it has going for it. As least that's my opinion.

As to date of earnings, I don't know. Maybe someone can help us here. Although, I think it's too early for that.
