Try:

(C > 1.05*Ref(C,-5)) AND (V > Mov(V,63,S)) AND (C > 0.85 * HHV(C,250))

depends on what you were expecting. A stock that has gone up 5% on increased volume and within 15% of yearly high. It provides candidates to focus on for entry/exit signals that you trust. If you have a full database, you will get results. If your database is small then you might not see any that meet the scan.
