been a while since i last posted, but here's my 2 cents. THE LAME ANALYST AT DLJ IS TRYING TO KEEP HIS JOB & IN THE PROCESS MAKE PEOPLE THINK HE'S A BRAIN SURGEON BY RESPONDING TO THE TECH SELLOFF/SLUMP WITH A BUNCH OF DOWNGRADES-- WHEN HE REALLY HAD NO F----- CLUE. why would Bay be anyless of a buy at $25 than it was at $40? He's trying to get more institutions in at a lower price. jethro
