Funny, how you miss the point entirely. Why the tree of knowledge and not something else is the point!

Let me take it up a level for you. I know exactly why the author chose The tree of KNOWLEDGE , apparently you don't!

Knowledge has always been a threat to dogma. The person who purported to be god didn't want people challenging him and people who learn become a danger to dogma.
