really? someone making only $5000 per year should pay income taxes?? wow, i thought only libertarians and the plutocrats were for a flat tax since it is so regressive anyone in the upper tax bracket of 39% should be glad they are there and not bitch about paying more seems ridiculous to me those living in poverty should be subject to a tax Bobby Jindal tried to eliminate the state income tax here and make up for it with increasing the sales tax more regressive taxation that favors the wealthy... even the state republicans were against that, so that was the end of that idea really surprised you are for taxation that favors the wealthy, when the disparity is at all time highs... yeah i agree about eliminating all the loopholes but still a flat tax favors the wealthy... especially only 10%... wow, that's not even a decent tip
