I download their Dow Excel Daily Historical Data File on occasion and paste the data into MetaStock.

Or you can manipulate the data in Excel. There are some interesting categories that they have there, look at the header of each column. The first time, if you want to work with the data from 1990 you need to trim about a 1/2 dozen rows with dates that have zero data, mostly around Easter and Thanksgiving in some years.

There are instructions for Excel, but I don't bother with all that, just a simple download of the spreadsheet.
