They need a "Hawaii plan".

It's a "Latin Culture." They never are very successful. Spain never went though the "Enlightenment." They have gone to a combination of old time medieval Latin tied to Socialism. The worst of both. All over the world.

Countries that were English colonies have done the best with that culture as the core. Just as they were poised to break out into the best possible world, Socialism reared it's ugly head and ruined the West.
