Exelixis' (EXEL) COMET-1 trial given the green light to keep going by DSMB, when investors were hoping it would be stopped early for efficacy, as has happened for competing drugs. Stock off 35% on volume. There is actually some chance this is a buying op/overreaction, but look under the hood.
