What reproducing compounds? How do they reproduce? What are you even talking about when you use the term reproducing compounds? There are many very simple reproducing compounds that form spontaneously.

There aren't any proteins that form "this way" ... you just waved your hands and pretended clays or crystals formed proteins. But amino acids or proteins don't generate programming languages to store and use encoded information.
