Russia is acting afraid.
That's like saying a bully is acting afraid. Small comfort to the ones being bullied or the ones about to be bullied.

Was Imperial Japan acting out of "weakness" when they took over Korea and much of Asia before WWII? How about Hitler when he was making his move?

Fortunately Vladdie seems content on only taking advantage of this particular "opportunity." Now he can sit back and laugh while Barry calls him "weak."

Meanwhile, Russia just gained some strategic advantages and has galvanized its nationalistic base of support, and the rest of Europe is ending up looking impotent.
