Hey Ted, have you noticed the real estate market here in Silicon Valley? It is through the roof.

I'm seeing houses around here getting up to 30 offers each. The closing price ends up being 20-40% above the original asking price. Most of the winning bids are from Chinese buyers paying full cash, at least in Cupertino and other areas with highly desired school districts.

Inventory of homes for sale is at an extreme low. It's absolutely crazy.
