My take on this is that it is "all of the above" -- tax loss selling, panic selling, and probably some good old-fashioned manipulation thrown in for good measure. I trade a lot of pennies, too, and it's not uncommon to see a big dip in the price right before a big run-up. I'm not saying that will happen here, but it certainly could. TSIS has never been in better shape than it's in right now. Plus, we've got potential deals in the works with Apple, Intel, NASDAQ, and possibly a lot more business with AT&T. I think anyone selling at current prices will regret it in the near future.
