Pat,

CPQ has its extra shares now (as of 12/11), but the focus seems to be on LU. And don't forget that mgmt said the company is not looking for suitors.

Even so, I believe some kind of positive news has to be behind today's action. Given the past CNBC rumor, etc. it now seems more likely that LU would be the buyer (if there is a buyer).
