There is a good chance Jeb Bush will be the next president. And if he is, Ginsberg will mostly likely die when he is there, he will appoint another Scalia or Alito. And with a Republican senate and house what happens to this country.

We always talk about how important electing a dem for president is because of the supreme court. This is a variation of exactly the same thing.

Ginsburg is 81 and has had several bouts of cancer. When Jeb gets in she will be 84/5.

The pubs could have a complete run of the country in 2016.

I would love to debate Ari Melber on his thinking about her staying. Anyone who thinks Ginsberg should stay.

The logic is so clear,
