Parametric Sound Announces Conference Call to Discuss Updated Financial Results
SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - Mar 19, 2014) - Parametric Sound Corporation (NASDAQ: PAMT) today announced that it plans to file an amendment to its Current Report on Form 8-K filed on January 16, 2014 after the market close on Thursday, March 27, 2014 to include unaudited pro forma financial information of the combined companies as of and for the year ended December 31, 2013 along with audited financial statements for VTB Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries. On that same day, management will host a conference call and simultaneous webcast to discuss results at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time/1:30 p.m. Pacific Time.
